Kforce has a client that is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst in Naperville, IL.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Employees in this role directly support our Sales team for processing commercial agreements
• Core responsibilities include acting as liaison between our Internal Sales Team, Channel Partners and Customers, including: analyzing inbound requests for proposals, account set up, gathering usage data, managing changes to proposals and pricing refreshes, and any other aspects of opportunity set up to allow for bidding
• Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure deliverable are met timely and accurately
• Proactively engage in process design and modification for continuous business improvement
• Collaborate cross-functionally across all internal departments; Increase awareness of front to end process of cross functional teams and impacts to current team responsibility
• Provide frequent and consistent communication to Leadership on deliverables and status updates
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned

• High School diploma/GED
• Bachelor's or equivalent experience
• Experience: 2 years

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
