Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Data Analyst with experience supporting data migration, data integration, and enterprise data platforms . The ideal candidate will have strong SQL skills and experience analyzing, profiling, validating, and transforming data across legacy and target systems. This role requires close collaboration with business and technical teams to ensure high-quality data migration, accurate data mapping, and successful implementation of enterprise data solutions within a Microsoft Azure environment.

4+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Data Engineering, or Data Migration
Strong SQL skills with Azure SQL Database, Azure SQL Managed Instance, or SQL Server
Experience with data profiling, validation, reconciliation, and quality analysis
Experience with data mapping, transformation, and migration initiatives
Knowledge of relational database design, normalization, and denormalization
Experience working with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, SMEs, and development teams
Microsoft SQL Server

Analyze, profile, and validate data across legacy and target systems
Develop and maintain source-to-target data mappings
Support ETL, data transformation, and migration activities
Identify and resolve data quality issues and anomalies
Perform data reconciliation and validation during migration
Collaborate with business and technical teams to define transformation rules
Document data flows, mappings, schemas, and transformation logic
Support enterprise data platform, data warehouse, and data lake initiatives
Contribute to continuous improvement of data migration processes and architecture
