Job Overview
1. Responsible for the construction of BMS.
2. Integrate HVAC, utility equipment, fire alarm , security, and other building systems into the BMS.
3. Monitor and adjust system settings to optimize performance and energy efficiency.
4. Troubleshoot and maintenance of BMS-related issues.
5. Develop policies and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
6. Lead a diverse team, provide guidance, training and technical support to facility staff.
7. Evaluate and implement BMS upgrades and improvements.
8. Develop SOP for BMS.
9. Manage and troubleshoot PLC related issues.
