Property Maintenance Manager- Up to $85k+ Annually

Property Maintenance Manager position available with well-established Real Estate Developer in Dutchess County. Qualified candidates will have 10+ years’ of practice in the property maintenance space. Candidates must live in Dutchess County NY.



Property Maintenance Manager Compensation
income: Up to $85,000.00 annually + bonus, depending on practice
Excellent company health benefits
Company vehicle (2020 Ford pickup), paid gas & tolls



Property Maintenance Manager Responsibilities / Qualifications

» 10+ years’ practice in property maintenance space

»Able to manage a small team in the maintenance of Developer’s portfolio of residential and commercial assets

» practiced with general construction and the common subcontractor trades

»Proven practice in pricing out small projects to award to subcontractors

»Proven management capability of small teams

»Able to communicate effectively with clients and subcontractors

»Computer savvy, can write articulate emails

»Clean license

»Must live in Dutchess County, NY
