Job Overview

The Entry-Level Oracle Fusion Financial Consultant supports the implementation, configuration, testing and maintenance of Oracle Fusion Financial applications. This role works closely with finance, accounting, business and technical teams to gather requirements, configure financial modules, troubleshoot issues and improve business processes. The ideal candidate has a basic understanding of accounting principles, ERP systems and Oracle Fusion Financials with strong analytical and communication skills.

• Assist with the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Financial modules.
• Gather and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Support system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect resolution.
• Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion Financial applications under senior consultant guidance.
• Analyze business processes and recommend system improvements.
• Create functional documentation, process flows and user guides.
• Assist in data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Support month-end and year-end financial processes.
• Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate resolutions with technical teams.
• Generate financial reports and dashboards using Oracle reporting tools.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, IT and business users throughout project lifecycles.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards and internal controls.
• Participate in Oracle Cloud upgrades, patches and enhancement projects.
• Provide end-user training and post-implementation support.
