Senior Data Analyst (Healthcare Data)

Location: Remote

Duration: 6 10 Months

Interview: In-Person (Interview or Laptop Pick up at a Designated Client Office)

Strong Healthcare Data experience is required.
Hands-on Azure Databricks and advanced SQL experience is mandatory.
Claims data expertise is required.
Experience with Source-to-Target Mapping (STM), data profiling, and data governance is highly preferred.
Snowflake experience is a plus.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to support enterprise healthcare data initiatives by performing data analysis, source-to-target mapping, and business-driven data validation across complex healthcare datasets. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Healthcare Claims Data , advanced SQL, Azure Databricks, and modern cloud data platforms while collaborating with business, engineering, and analytics teams to deliver trusted, analysis-ready data for reporting, forecasting, and AI/ML initiatives.

Required Skills

8+ years of Data Analysis experience.
Advanced SQL development and query optimization.
Azure Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake).
Azure Data Factory (ADF).
Healthcare Claims, Provider, Member, and Financial data.
Source-to-Target Mapping (STM).
Data Profiling, Data Validation, and Root Cause Analysis.
ETL/ELT concepts and Data Warehousing.
Data Governance, Data Lineage, and Metadata Management.
Strong stakeholder communication and business analysis skills.

Others Skills

Snowflake or BigQuery.
Azure Cloud Data Platform experience.
Data Modeling and Cloud Data Warehouse architectures.
AI/ML data preparation and analytics support.
Experience working in Agile environments.

Education

Bachelor's Degree (B.Tech) or MCA (Minimum 16 Years of Formal Education).
- 10th (10 years) + 12th (2 years) + B.Tech/BE (4 years) = 16 years
- 10th + 12th + BCA (3) + MCA (3) = 18 years
